Warehouse Epoxy Flooring
Concrete preparation and floor coatings planned around warehouse traffic, storage and access.
Plan your warehouse floor coating
Western Canada Coatings assesses the concrete, existing coatings and operating requirements before defining the preparation and finish for your warehouse.
Tell us about forklift routes, loading areas, storage layouts and pedestrian traffic. The right approach depends on how each part of the floor is used.
Preparation, repairs, product selection and site conditions determine the installation schedule. A floor that feels dry is not necessarily ready for equipment or chemical exposure.
Preparation and installation planning
The written scope should identify coating removal, surface preparation, concrete repairs and any work at joints or transitions. Confirm these details before moving stock or equipment.
Work can be planned in stages where the project allows. Agree on access routes and the time required before pedestrian traffic, forklifts or other equipment return.
Care and maintenance after installation
Follow the care instructions for the selected coating. Cleaning products, spill response, equipment use and regular inspection all affect the floor over time.
Discuss expected wear and exposure during system selection, including any areas that may need a different finish or maintenance approach.
Request a warehouse-floor estimate. Send the project city, approximate area, photos, traffic type and preferred timing.
We will review the project requirements and confirm the preparation, coating system and return-to-service plan in the agreed scope.
