How much does it cost?

The price depends on the floor area, existing material, removal effort, repairs, access and selected finish. Send the project city, approximate size and current floor condition so we can determine the next step for an estimate.

Will every mark or patch disappear?

The final appearance depends on the slab. Grinding can reveal aggregate, repairs and variations in the concrete. We discuss those expectations and the finish options before work begins.

Is a ground floor the same as polished concrete?

Grinding is a preparation step. Polished concrete uses a separate finishing process. A grind-and-seal finish and a polished finish should be discussed as different scopes, with the intended appearance clearly agreed.

When can the floor be used again?

Return-to-use timing depends on the preparation, repairs, selected sealer or coating and site conditions. We confirm the access plan and product-specific requirements for your project.
